“Off-the-shelf” medical devices will be increasingly less of a requirement in the future. Instead, customised products and systems will be necessary – also the so-called “combination products“ – that are individually tailored to the active agent or to specific patient groups. This is already part of daily business at Transcoject. Most products have been developed and produced on our premises according to the customer’s specific requirements. Our customers benefit from our past developed skills and tools in the realisation of their future products. We have, for example developed extensive know-how in the siliconisation of syringes or concepts for the reconstitution of drugs, extraction systems for large-volume parenterals, pellet dispensers, self-inhibiting rotatable Luer lock connectors and various dual-chamber and diagnostic systems, to name just a few of our many innovations.
